1.5 hour webinar
For general audience

Living in today’s world is fraught with incidents of tension and cross cultural misunderstanding. Asians generally face subtle incidents of racism which cause them to question their perception of the incidents and leads them to invalidate their experiences. This constant questioning and invalidation lead to stresses and trauma which are not often recognized.

This workshop discusses mental health as a diversity issue and provides strategies for care when confronted with Anti-Asian violence.
